Tested to ISO standards with 70 amp hour wet cell deep cycle batteries. The greater efficiency and lower current draw removes the need for the use of expensive Gel cell battery technology in this product when used as intended. Range can be increased by the use of larger capacity batteries. Gel cell batteries may have a longer life or perform better in extreme conditions. Field data suggests that 50 amp hour wet cell deep cycle batteries are suitable for the vast majority of applications. Climatic conditions may have an effect. Wet cell battery capacity can be significantly less in cold conditions. Check with your dealer for advice to best suit your particular needs
